Was very happy with my experience at Import Auto was worth the drive from the city. Went in looking for a jeep found a couple but decided on a Range Rover. Left with my new car under two hours.

Got my 07 X5 from here and the process was painless. They don't act like a typical used car or car dealer. They don't push to sell you. In fact the sales guy gave me the keys and walked away. Every time I needed service they were on top of it. And the pricing is a third of what you'd expect.

This place is a scam. I bought a BMW 550i and the following day I found out it's burbing oil. I took it to my own mechanic and turned out there is a problem in the valve seals and costs about $4000. So i took it back and they were upset they had to fix it at no charge because it was still under warranty. Instead of just fixing it like a normal dealership with a car under warranty, they gave me such a hard time. After going through the worst customer service i ever experienced in my life, just one day before my car's supposed to be ready, cops come to my house in the morning asking about my car and driver. Obviously concerned because i haven't heard anything from this dealership, I called importauto and they told me my car was stolen. They left my car in the back where it wasn't secure to begin with and second, with my key inside the car. What a coincidence, my car was the only car outside the building with the key inside it! I don't understand what kind of dealership just leaves a customers car key inside the car. Refusing to reimburse me by causing all sorts of problems, they got unprofessional with me treating me as if I was a inconvenience to them. I don't understand what they think customer service is or even running a business is. So i had to go thru my insurance, pay my deductible, and wait for two months, still making payments to the insurance and bank so my credit score doesn't take a hit. I ended up paying $2000+ out of my pocket and still dealing with my insurance till today, this has got to be the worst experience of my life. i didn't even drive the car for more than 2-3 days and ended up paying all this money. I had to deal with cops, police reports, and the insurance company and what not. While they got away by selling this car that wasn't even working properly, avoided any additional work on it, and still made a profit from me.
Please do yourself a favor, save the headache and don't go to this place. It's not a coincidence all this happened and only my car was damaged. This is exactly what happened and I have the police reports, bills and what not to prove this. Just crazy how they are still open for business and people trust them. If they truly cared about their customers, not just the profit, they'd have much better ratings, and they would ensure safety to the cars they are servicing, or at least take responsibility but no they're just money hungry and scamming people. Avoid this place on all cost! -

First of all these guys have moved they no longer are in their old location their new address is 754 W ANNORENO DR. ADDISON IL 60101
And they suck do not go here I went there to buy a car. I called them in advance & they told me it was all good and come down & take a look at it and you'll buy it. But when I went there. I turned on the car and all types of lights came on !! the guy wouldn't even put the machine on it for me I asked him hey put the machine on it so we can know what's going on. Then he told me that his mechanic locks everything away come on, lock up a scanner! have a scanner at home I didn't bring it because I thought they were a legit operation but boy was I wrong! their full of shit don't go here was your time these guys are big rip offs European assholes of the first order! -

I called on a car took a look at it got fair money for my trade which is a hat trick in itself. they were strait forward got deal done 45 minutes and done that's how I like it. love the car and will use them in future purchases!!!!!!
